3- receiving donations while using on stream------------------------------Moi(Overlays):• Make sure to send every detail of your reference and type of Overlays and Panels.
• Make sure to pay after preview is sent.
• Only contact me through my Twitter or my Business Email, not my Discord.
• The commissions will take 2 weeks maximum.
• Make sure to add credits in one of your panels about the overlays.
• Please be respectful to me as I struggle to have a lot of people requesting.
• Please do not re-sell your overlays or panels.
• Every commission I do, I will stream the process and such.Any of these broken, you will be blacklisted and blocked by me.--------------------------Dizzy(Rigging):• Commissions will not be started until at least half payment is made.
• Requesting original cmo3 file will add an additional fee of $15
• You can use your commission any way you like as long as you are not selling it as your own work (selling the model file, altering the model to sell, etc.)
• In no way, shape or form do I permit that you may claim your commission as your own art.
• Commissions of Live2d Models may take a couple weeks to complete (or longer) depending on workload and how many commissions are before yours. Please be patient and feel free to ask for update pictures through discord, email or twitter.
• I DO NOT have a refund policy on digital pieces (unless there is an issue of my own doing). Once ordered there is no refunds period. You may cancel at anytime but there will be no refund issued on any payment made up to that point unless there is an issue of my own doing.
• Revisions during final live2d phase are at my own discretion.
• All premade art files that are given to me to rig will be looked over thoroughly for compatibility. If they do not meet the requirements necessary to properly rig, the commission may be delayed until such issues are corrected or denied. If any issues with the file remain, a fee will be added based on the time taken to correct the model to a point where the rigging can continue.
• All orders will be taken through Ko-fi commissions. If you would like to split the payment in half please let me know! (I do not split more than half on singular models)
• I reserve the right to cancel/deny your commission at any time, regardless of payments made. (I will not do this unless absolutely necessary and if the reason for cancellation is on me then I will issue a refund.)By ordering a commission you agree to these terms and are subject to consequences if they are not followed--------------------Mystic(Design and Reference):• Pay half after I have gotten partially started and half after finished
• No refunds unless it is a mistake on my part
• You can always ask for updates once I say I have started
• You can change anything on the design, it is your character/sheet, just tell me
• I am busy!! Don't rush me
• I have the right to decline or cancel your commission
• I will not be receiving the payments directly, the money will be added to my throne or to another artist for a commission
• I will not do any NFSW outfits or designs, but I am alright with you requesting a revealing outfit. Do NOT ask for NFSW.
• Do not gift without telling first
• Do not sell any of my work
• Use credits and do not claim as your own work
• Poses can not be changed once I start and some poses I can not do. Tell be about poses beforehand.
• Character must be your own design. No designs found off of the internet will be allowed.
